Getting Started
How do I create my company account?
Go to /signup and enter your company details. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
How do I invite team members?
From the dashboard, go to Settings → Team Members and click "Invite User". Enter their email and select their role.
How long is the free trial?
Your trial lasts 14 days from the day you sign up. No credit card is required to start.
Vendor Management
How do vendors register?
Share your unique vendor registration link with suppliers. They fill in their details, upload CR and VAT certificates, and submit for approval.
What does the AI document scan do?
The AI automatically reads uploaded CR and VAT certificates, extracts registration numbers, validates expiry dates, and flags any issues.
How do I approve or reject a vendor?
Open the vendor's profile in the Approval Workflow section. You can review all documents, leave comments, and approve or reject with one click.
Invoices & Payments
How do vendors submit invoices?
Vendors log into their portal and click "Submit Invoice". They fill in the invoice number, amount, and upload the PDF.
What is the invoice approval workflow?
Invoices go through a configurable multi-stage approval. Each stage sends an email notification to the assigned approver.
Can I export invoices to Excel?
Yes. From the Invoices page, use the Export button to download all invoices as a CSV or Excel file.
Billing & Plans
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing and click "Upgrade Plan". Changes take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid payment if you are not satisfied.
