Terms of Service — VendorOS Pro

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VendorOS Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VendorOS Pro provides a cloud-based vendor management platform including vendor onboarding, document verification, approval workflows, invoice management, and compliance tracking tools. The Service is offered on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. No credit card is required to start a trial.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein. You retain ownership of your data and may export it at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendorOS Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
